Spring came early with the unusual sunshine, bringing the usual “Spring Fever and Senioritis. Many special events and activities made the Spring of 79 a time to remember. This year’s intermittent Talent Show, sponsored by the Science Club, provided two evenings of excitement and original entertainment. International Weekend. March 22-24. was put together by David Agnor and the Language Arts Department. Several exchange students from other schools in the area came for the weekend to view another American family and school. Many activities were planned for them including coming to school with their host, attending a Pep Assembly, going roller skating, having a picnic at Denny Beach and a potluck dinner. They enjoyed the weekend and meeting many people. By students’ choice, this year's Spring Tolo was a Sadie Hawkins Dance.
