Commencement Law, medical, and dental graduates traditionally tried to outdo the previous years efforts at being different at I.U.'s 137th annual Commencement last june. Law grads substituted barrister derbies for mortar boards, while the graduation project of the M.D.'s wassuspending a human skeleton over the Stadium with five large balloons. Dental students, however, had problems. Several hundred paper teeth cut-outs were to be carried by helium-filled balloons and released at degree-com ferring time. They incurred only one difficulty- the helium tank ordered from Indianapolis could not be squeezed into the transport car. It was a day steeped in tradition in some ways and completely departing from it in others. But a traditional VVell done . . .
