Last Will nd Testament We, the Class of 1977, of Indian River High School of the towns of Frankford and Dagsboro, state of Delaware, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by us. I, Mark Adkins, do hereby devise and bequeath to my sister Denise Adkins my ability to stay home and obtain good grades, to lane Lynch my ability to practice my trumpet, and to Mr, Thomas one tree to plant in his front yard. I, Lesa Baker, do hereby devise and bequeath to Carol and Maxine the fun before games without being caught, to Sheila the ability to get a man of her own since she failed to steal mine, and I leave to be with Darryl, the one I love. I, Benita Banks, do hereby devise and bequeath to Mr. Adams a composition due on Monday, to Mr, Yoder my Karate ability, to the junior boys of 3rd lunch my 455 with an overhead cam, and to Beth Turner my I.D. card, a dry pair of pants, and a full tank of gas to breeze around the freeze. I, Robert Belmont, do hereby devise and bequeath to Ernest Belmont my ability to play basketball, to Marvella Chisum my love, and to Robin White the hickey she never received. I, David Brasure, do hereby devise and bequeath to David Pusey all of my good grades, to my brother Darryl lclass of 'B2j my car and driving ability, and last I leave Indian River looking toward the future. I, Eddie Brewington, do hereby devise and bequeath to my sister Valerie the ability to stay out late, to Mr. Carey hopes that he gets a better second period class next year, and to Bl the ability to learn how to keep her mouth shut. I, Richie Brittingham, do hereby devise and bequeath to Denise Adkins my wit and ability to pass a bookkeeping quiz without having to study, to Susan Mills, I leave my snap-up shirt, and to my brother Dean, I leave Mr. Deldeo. I, Annette Bunting, do hereby devise and bequeath to Howard, Cindy, and Nancy the best of luck at I.R., to Mike Evans one special tape, to Doug Hudson many more great ski trips, to Ioe Palermo the everlasting memory of his 1st class, to Mrs. Oliphant a year's supply of chips 81 dip for her yearbook staff, and to the students of I,R. the ability to realize before they become Seniors that these last few years with our teachers and school are really the best. I, Denice Bunting, do hereby devise and bequeath to Diane Milutin an everlasting ear which will always be there to listen, to Denise Savage my ability to make it through one more lonely year, and to Diana Adkins and Ellen Banks the ability to drive safely to school without me, finally I leave . .. I, Denise Chandler, do hereby devise and bequeath to lane Hazel my seat in POD class and the ability to pass, to Sandy larvis all the books I read in Reading for Enjoyment, now I leave Indian River with a few good memories. I, Brett Cox, do hereby devise and bequeath to all seniors and all underclassmen good luck in anything that they do, to Kim McComrick my car, to Allison Button I will me, to Eddie Cathell my beard, to Mr. Carey a class as good as this year's first and fifth periods, and to Cathy Murray the guy of her choice. I, Martha Custis, do hereby devise and bequeath to lohn Middleton the ability to be bold, to Michael Chandler the ability to be a good little boy, and to all the underclassmen of IR the very best of luck - most of all, the mind and ability to serve God. I, William Daisey, do hereby devise and bequeath to Mike Owens my basketball playing ability, to Mr, White 10,030 White Delights, and to Mr, Adams many more years of teaching his grandchiIdren. I, Nadine Davidson, do hereby devise and bequeath to lackie Hickman my ability to remember names, to Mark Rowe a ride home after school, and to my parents all my appreciation and love for helping me in the past four years, and finally to all my classmates the best of luck in the future. I, Maria Georgo, do hereby devise and bequeath to Mr. Heim my head of hair, to Mr. lack Beckett an apple and my driving abilities, to Paige Hickman my platform shoes, to Brenda Collins I leave a tank full of gas and a dozen Flip Flops, to Helen Reeves all my toys and the rest of my belongings shall be buried with me in my grave. I, Ron Givans, do hereby devise and bequeath to Mr. Carey another second period class like this year's, to Iudy the ability to get along with everyone, to Denise B. the ability to find someone like me. I, Cindy Grace, do hereby devise and bequeath to Gale Tietmeyer my best grades for the next year and to my brother Ioe Grace I leave my good brains. I, Teresa Gray, do hereby devise and bequeath to Mr. Carey a cenain back row in his second period P.O.D. class, to Pam Hudson my speed of lighting at F.l.F., to certain junior girls my ability to scope, and to leff Frey I leave my happiest memories. I, Debbie Hammond, do hereby devise and bequeath to Duane Hammond and Susan Steen four great years at IR, to Brenda Hammond my bookkeeping abilities, to Michele Savage the ability to find someone else to take her to school. I wish to thank Frank for a great time at the prom and hope that Iimmy Robinson will always remember me. To Mr, Yoder I leave a free cup of coffee at Alice's Clothes Tree. And the Memories of IR will linger on. I, Eddie Hammond, do hereby devise and bequeath to Bruce Bunting Mr. Carey's POD class and my parking space.
