To the graduating class of 1977 I wish continued health and happiness. Happiness is a funny thing - you can't see it or touch it, but those who possess it, treasure it and those who do not, often spend their lives searching for it. Happiness comes, not from receiving, but from giving - of love, of sympathy, of faith, of understanding. Oddly enough the more we give, the happier we become, and the happier we become, the more we have to give. We make ourselves happy or unhappy by our attitudes toward ourselves, our work, our neighbors, our world. The truly happy person is the one who can be enthusiastic about the things he has to do as well as the things he wants to do. Happiness is a wonderful thing.
