Although Immaculata girls are known widely for their scho- lastic, athletic, and forensic achievements-their numerous per- sonal talents, abilities, and distinctions in other areas are not so well-known. Here then, in Immaculata's own WHO'S WHO, are a few of the girls to whom honor is due: MARY THEO CARROLL for representing the Southern Oakland Planning Board at the National Girl Scouts' Convention in St. Louis. JOELA ACRI for initiating the Foreign Exchange Student Program at l.H. JUDY ARNOLD for fulfilling her office as Secretary of Jasko Uunior Achievementl successfully. SUZANNE RIEDEN and IRENE STUECKEN for their intelligent and active participation on the radio panel, Young America Looks at Books. JUDY STEC for showing active leadership as President of her group of Campfire Girls. We are not able to list the names of all the girls at l.H, who deserve recognition for two reasons: first, we do not have the space, and second, this book goes to press in March-too early to include a listing of final honors. The other girls, we are sure, will be recognized at the school's ANNUAL HONORS ASSEM- BLY in June.
