lST ROW: Carol Preston, Treasurer 2ND ROW QLeft to Righty: Lee Carothers, Presidentg Darrell Smith, Vice-Presidentg Howard Pickle, Sargeant-at-Arms. NOT PICTURED: Vera Kellogg, Secretary. We entered high school on the morning of September Z, 1952. It was soon time for initiation which was enjoyed by all, even though we dreaded it at first. The first function as a class was to elect our class officers. Donna Zimmerman, President, Shirley Charley, Vice Presidentg Edytha Scott, Secretary, Bonnie Scranton, Treasurer, Jim Smith, Sergeant-at- Armsg Gary Holm and Carole Bliss as our class representatives. In honor of the seniors we sponsored a Sock Hop in November. Also, we all had a very enjoyable half-day at Grayback Camp. After working so hard on the Bleacher Drive , we were beaten by a small margin by the seniors. Soon we were back again in the Halls of Ivy as sophomores. This year we chose as our class officers: Don King, President, Lee Carothers, Vice President, Barbara Prewitt, Secretaryg Kenneth Rosenberg, Treasurerg Darrell Smith, Sergeant-at-Arms, Greg Floyd and Donna Zimmerman as our class representatives. On October l7, of this year, we sponsored a sophomore class party which was enjoyed by all. At last Upperclassmen. We elected Lee Carothers, Presidentg Darrell Smith, Vice President, Vera Kellogg, Secretary, Carol Preston, -Treasurerg Howard Pickle, Sergeant-at-Armsg Lylabelle Cross and Frank Cook as our class representatives. After many bangs and bruises at the well attended skating parties, we then sponsored the biggest event of the year. The Junior- Senior Banquet and Prom. We are proud to say it was a wonderful success, and we're looking forward to our last but not least year at Ivy, when we'll be seniors.
