J C'l t fee? P, ,ns r V' - - :Qs ' '-Tin! 'S-i'r T' E l0R CLASS PINIPHECY wnilerakingaworld tour, we happened to hear of Stanley I-'rost,one of our former Seniors, in Soviet Russia. What we learned was that Stanley was the Chief of the Soviet Secret Police. We conducted a search and found him near the Kremlin directing a firing squad. Down on his knees pleading for mercy was Dean Pennell, a Buddist Missionary from India. Succeeding in talking Comrade Frost out of shoot- ing his former Comrade Senior, we watched Dean drag his Budda image out of Russia. Forever onward to Japan we discovered two more former classmates, newly married, too. Running a flourishing silk worm farm in Tokyo are Howard and Kay Reider. Kay is the former Kay Lunsford. They are very happy in their work and sooo much in love! They have everything, including plenty of silkworms. Leaving Japan we treked on down to India. In the main street of Calcutta we spotted Yvonne Cruz. She was prodding a stubborn Brahma bull down to the city slaughter house so she could get meat to fatten up her husband, Dick Olbert. She is at the end of the rope- -killing a sacred animal for a man. In leaving Calcutta we sighted a huge mansion on a hill. Out of sheer curiosity we walked up to see who owned it. We found out soon enough who it belonged to. In big, gaudy, gold letters, the sign on the gate read: RESIDENCE OF DONALD WALTON. Recognizing the name of another of the '54 Sen- iors, we went up to the door after crawling over the gate. We hunted down a crowbar and finally suc- ceeding in lifting and dropping the massive brass knocker. Who should answer the door but Richard Briggs, dressed as a butler. At first we didn't recognize him because he had his nose so high in the air. But he recognized us by the hayseed in our hair and took us in to see his master and new mistress, the former Joann Rollman. Joann had been a prosperous dope and diamond smuggler in Hong Kong. Here she had met Donald who was AWOL from the U. S. Infantry, and together they had escaped tolndia where Donald was putting Joann's enormous wealth to use. Saying good-bye to our former classmates, we motored to the coast where we took a boat to Africa. Having the urge to see darkest Africa we joined a safari and came across a part of a pigmy tribe. We asked to speak with the Chief, and who should appear but Cecil Bragg. A pint-sized Cecil, who had been shrunken by a witch doctor for capturing pigmies to use as guinea pigs in his laboratory. From here we swam up the Nile River for a little exercise and wound up in Cairo, Egypt. From there we went over to Istanbul. We needed a little relaxation so we went to a dimlit, out-of-the-way tavern. There was a floor show on, and guess who should be the feature attraction but Ruth Atencio. She was introducing the Bunny-I-lop to the Turks. She always did have dancing feet. We then took a row boat up the Adriatic Sea to Venice, Italy. Here we found Ivan Palmer as the captain of his own ship--a Gondola for water Taxij. His new career was rowing people up and down the streets of Venice. He had given up his career as a professional basketball player to marry an Italian girl and own his own water taxi. He always did want to be a SAILOR? Leaving Venice and Ivan, we skied over the Alps to Paris, France. Having a mania for ballet danc- ing, we went to a ballet school where we encountered Malcolm Jones doing a clumsy Dance of the Swan. We never thought Mal had the ability to ballet dance--and we were right. We hitch-hiked through France from Paris to Madrid, Spain. Here we attended a bullfight. Oh, what a handsome bullfighterl We looked a little closer, and even fell down into the bull ring trying to get a better look. Finally we figured out why he was so dashing. The bull was after him. No, nol --it was because he was one of our '54 I. H. S. Seniors, Sephy Martinez. After being presented with an ear each, from the slaughtered bull, we bade Sephy l-Iasta La Vista' and left, seeing him surrounded by dead bulls. From Spain we took a Ferry Boat to the Netherlands. we traveled inland to the city of Rotterdam. Here we found a Senior of '54, Louise Martinez, as the owner of a huge factory. Oh, nol She has in- vented snythetic tulip bulbs and is putting them on the market. She had often rattled on to us about in- venting something, but-but we never dreamed .... After this shock we slipped over the border to get away from Louise and stopped in Hamburg, Ger- many. We followed this huge crowd down the street to see what inthe world was so interesting in the
