The firsf modernizafion came wifh fhe insfallafion in fhe Tardy Office of new lBM fype eguipmenf. The nexf move was fhe con- solidafion of fhe Tardy Office and fhe Affendance Office info Room IIZ. In ifs presenf operafion, fhe Affendance Office is responsible for processing all affendance invesfigafions and re- ferring all suspecfed fruanfs fo fhe fruanf officer. Tardy cards are issued and complefe records kepf. Parenfs are nofified of all cases perfaining fo affendance.
