lasses Up, up, up you go-to your locker in the sky. Lovingly you caress your all steel, pre- war, combination lock, that sticks if you are a half point off but Hies open when someone brushes against it. Hurriedly you grab for your lunch, which you had carefully placed on your shelf, but a mysterious odor emanates from the paper parcel. It is your lockermates baloney. In haste, you search the crowded floor and your lunch emerges at last from one of your L.M.'s galoshes. At this point you notice that one-half of Van Johnson's face is missing but gleefully you note that Frankie is intact. With dignity you stoop to retrieve your Spanish book which fell while you were 30 contemplating Frankie and all your home- work papers Hy over the hall, to be trampled by determined, division bound, Hyde Park- ers. A pug-nosed sophomore, in search of a companion helps you gather them and the bell rings as you throw them in the locker and slam the door. Dashing breathless into division, you sink into your seat, only to discover that your purse is locked in, with your Spanish papers and the pug-nosed sophomore. But even the seniors who do most of the ordering, can recall vividly the many hectic years which they spent as a lower classmang running to classes, gulping down lunches, shrinking back from the mighty seniors of their day.
