.T ical ' and Physical education classes helped the students to de- velop traits acceptable in a democratic society. Activities covered in the classes varied from rhythms to tumbling. By participating in these various games and activities, the students developed a better understanding of sportsman- ship and a desire to co-operate. They developed a willing- ness to accept group leadership and responsibility. Health classes were provided to give the student an understanding of the human body - mentally and emotionally as well as physically. As a result of this course, the students can improve their health and attitudes toward it.
