TIGERS -38. 1 PARADE The next event was the big Homecoming Parade. A lot of work went into the making of the banners and floats for this parade. All this helped to make Homecoming a success. CORONATIGN The climax of the days activities was the Corona- tion of Jeanne Fratzke by her sister Barbara amid all the pageantry of a real castle. Jeannes attendants were joan Lindenberg of the sophomore class and Deanna Menz of the junior class. The candidates were Nancy Peterson, Marilyn Stolpmann, Donna Smutka and Pat Mohr. Following this we danced to the music of Don Moe. . DRAGONS-O PED EEST The afternoon pepfest began the activities of our 1955 Homecoming. The queen candidates did various stunts. One of them was to see who could be most dignified at chewing gum-10 sticks! , 'JUN if I T ,WL W . l BGNFIRE The bonfire immediately following the parade was very colorful, A stuffed dragon was burned in the blaze. This was to signify the anticipated defeat of the Litchfield Dragons. I l
