l tv -1 v-3 . Harwood School of Leadership The second Harwood School of Leader- ship was held the week of March 16-20 with an increase over the enrollment of last year which indicates the increased interest of the Church toward the College and its activities. Again this year the school was divided into two classes giving the students the choice of the course which would help them in their particular interest. The one group, Vitalizing the Christian Endeavor was taught by Dr. Elmer Becker, President of the College: the other, The Total Program of Christian Ed- ucation was directed by Rev. Ralph Pfister, AB., BD., of Huntington. lVlany helpful thoughts concerning the work of the Christian Endeavor and the pro- gram of education were brought to those en- rolled. One particular emphasis lay on the C. E. as an interesting, vital part of the Church program, which is indispensable. An important and valuable school has been organized which brings direct results to both the College and the Church. We must not forget that this school was begun as a memorial in honor of Dr. E. Harwood, one who gave his life wholly and unreservedly to the work of Christ, especially for young people. It is a noble cause: there- fore this school will grow.
