Our Sunday Visitor spon- sored an Essay Contest, the topic being How the Catholic Press Helps Me In My Studies. The entrants were Ann Fink, Peggy Scheiber, Steve Frick, Dick Bickel, Tom PeGan, Carol Seifert, Theresa Nicholson, and Janet Andrews. ' 'J , 1, An Essay submitted by Susan PeGan on Muscular Dis- trophy, was sent to Indianapo- lis for judging. Susie's speech, which was 2,000 to 2,500 words, won for Susie a Certi- ficate of Award from the Mus- cular Distrophy Association. National Employment of Physically Handicapped' was the topic of the essay contest in which the manuscripts of Ann Fink and Peg Scheiber were sent in.
