First Row Marilyn Risdahl Jackie Jamison Edrie Kerr lrene Smith Anita Vidal Second Row Tom King Lois Warner Eddie Dowty Doreen Henkey Jimmy Axton Tom King Vice President of the Student Body served as Chairman of the Traffic Board with Student Body Presi dent Eddie Dowty as ex officio adviser Eight students and two advisers from the faculty make up Traffic Board Of these eight students four are chosen from the Student Body at large and four are repre sentatives from the Advisory Council Each class is equally represented through these eight students The two main purposes of the Traffic Board for the first time he is only given governing student body activities lt con trols student conduct at athletic games during assemblies in the halls on the grounds and all over the campus with the exception of the classrooms When a student is called before the board for the first time, he is only given a warning and a thorough explanation of the rule he has violated. lf he commits the same offense again, he is dealt with more seriously.
