Zlass flisfary As our school days at Hunter-Tannersville Central are drawing to a close, we feel that now is an excellent time to review our achieve- ments during the past four years. Our class was divided in our Freshman year. In Tannersville the Advisor was Mrs. Ham and in Hunter, Mr. Hague. The officers of the Tannersville group were: President - Sheila Hoff, Vice President - Margaret Robinson, Secretary - Emily Byrne, Treasurer - Linda Vann, Representative - Jere Kerr. The officers in Hunter were: President - Flossie Higgins, Vice President - Brian Goodrich, Secretary - Sheila Curtis, Treasurer - Eileen Ballon, Representative - Dolores Terns. Our Class Night skit told the story of a little gremlin and his gold. In the Class Night games we came in last. For our Sophomore year, we were together in Tannersville with Mr. McGuire as our Class Advisor. Our class officers were: President - Jere Kerr, Vice President - Sheila Hoff, Secretary - Flossie Higgins, Treasurer - Carol Gillespie, and Representative- Iere Kerr. For Class Night we gave impersonations of famous people using the Dragnet theme. This year we again came in last in the Class Night games. We also gave our first dance this year. The theme for our Sophomore Hop was the Moonlight Gambler. The dance was a big success. In our Junior year we again had Mr. McGuire as our Advisor. Our officers were: President - Roger Miller, Vice President - Emil Banks, Secretary - Linda Vann, Treasurer - Sharon Byrne, and Representative - Brian Goodrich. For Class Night we had a skit based on the record Well, Anyway. In the Class Night games we placed last again. Then on May 9, we had our Junior Prom. Our theme was Oriental Paradise. Emil Banks and Emily Byrne were chosen King and Queen. The members of the Court were: Carol Gillespie and Frank Schwimmer, Sheila Hoff and Brian Goodrich, Dolores Terns and Robert Oppenheimer, Elizabeth Hague and Roger Miller, Sharon Byrne and Robert Lawrence, Linda Vann and Arthur Decker, and Thelma Hoose and Jere Kerr. Then our Senior year arrived. We were all glad to have Mr. Mc- Guire as our Advisor once more. Our class officers were: President - Emil Banks, Vice President - Elizabeth Hague, Secretary - Dolores Terns, Treasurer - Carol Gillespie, and Representative - Brian Good- rich. We started off the year with the Senior Ball on November 21. The theme was the Blue Danube. Sharon Byrne and Robert Oppen- heimer were chosen King and Queen. The members of the Court were: Joyce Oppenheimer and Frank Schwimmer, Sheila Hoff and Roger Mil- ler, Frances Dumas and Robert Lawrence, Linda Vann and Jere Kerr, and Dolores Terns and Brian Goodrich. We were kept busy on the year- book. Then came Class Night. This year our skit was about the dif- ferent flags our nation has had. Guess where we placed in the Class Night games? LAST, of course! But the Senior girls won the volley- ball game. Next, was our trip to Washington. We all had a wonderful time.
