Dr. Lofeli Wiliiams, the captain of our ship. is an intelligent, deeply sensitive individual who through experience and education has become a confident. know- ledgeable. outstanding leader. From high school through his maturing years. he demonstrated such skills as welder. refuse hauler, two years of military duty which offered him the opportunity to coach the Aircraft Artillery Divi- sion Football Team in Okinawa, juvenile court referee, and manager of a United States Good- will Tour of 12 African countries which include five national amateur boxing champions and two coaches. Of course, during this time, he was absorbing education. In summary then, all of the above ingredients add up to the wisdom and keen perception he now demonstrates.
