Enlarged Coumelz'ng Staff Ojfem Beneficial Guidance Three new counselors came to Hughes this year. All have had experience as teachers, and all possess master degrees from various universities.- Mr. Bauman, seventh grade counselor, formerly taught at Wilson Junior High School, Hamilton, Ohio. Mrs. Knisley moved from Deer Park High School to work with eighth graders here. Many senior high students row ceive guidance from Mr. Greene, who had teaching ex- perience in Ft. Lauderdale before coming to Hughes. Completing the busy staff are Mr. Acree, with ninth graders, and Mrs. Frehse and Mr. Loudenslager, who work with seniors and part of the tenth and eleventh grades. Educational guidance is an important part of counseling. Sched- uling programs for about 1,400 students is done by Mr. ,Acree, Mr. Bauman, and Mrs. Knisley, in cooperation with homeroom teachers.
