Grenier was commissioned in 15979 upon completion of OCS at Newport, Rhode Island. After graduating from the 'Basic Supply Officer course at Athens, Georgia, ,ENS Grenier was assigned to the USS AINSWORTH QFF-10905 as the Disbursing and Sales Officer. After 16 months on AINSWORTH, ENS Grenier fleeted up to become the Supply Officer of AINSWORTH. In 1982, LTJG Grenier was assigned asthe Supply Officer for the Naval-Intelligence Support Center in Washington, DC. ,In 1984, LT Grenier was ordered to Guam as the Staff Supply Officer for the Commander, Naval Forces Marianas. In 1986, LT Grenier received orders to attend the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, where he earned a Masters degree in Financial Management. In 1987, LT Grenier reported to the USS TATTNALL QDDG-195 in Mayport, Florida RS the Supply Officer. In 1990, LCDR Grenier reported to the Cruise Missile Project in Washington, DC. as the Business!Financial Manager for the Tomahawk Production Program Office. In October 1992, LCDR Grenier reported onboard the USS HUE CITY as the Supply Officer. LCDR Grenier is single. His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal with Gold Star in lieu of second award, and the Navy Achievement Medal with Gold Star in lieu of second award. i f I 1
