The band started off the year entertaining the spectators during football halftimes. Stepping in time to the rhy- thm of the H. H. S. band were the majorettes accompanied by the new flag girls. In the neighboring towns they pro- ceeded to prance down the main street representing Hud- son High School in a series of parades such as the Home- coming parade and the Shri- ner's parade. Throughout the year, the band and cheering fans created an atmosphere with such enthusiasm that the idea of losing was un- known. These organizations contributed much support to the success of the school spirit. 24 Band
