JULIE ALWIN To be quiet and reserved are truly lost arts today. Julie, however, is the possessor of these qualities. Yet, when it comes to her two main interests, she glows. . . She has a great interest in church work and can hardly wait for the day she enters the field of cosmetology. KEVIN ANDERSON Known as the pinball whiz, Kev helped his dad keep all the pinball machines in town in working order. . . His Dodge truck wasn't complete if it was empty. STEVEN BAKKEN Although shy in large groups and therefore not active in extra-curricular activities, Steve enjoys hunting as was evidenced by the enormous buck he shot this past season. JEAN BARBER We'll always remember Jean because of her red-red hair.. .She hasn't been involved in school activities because she's been too busy as a checkout girl at Erickson's. . .Her goal is to become a ticket agent for an airlines. DIANE ARMBRUSTER Honestly, Diane believes one should always be pre- pared. . . In school Diane was mostly involved with GAA and Girls' sports.. .She hopes to make someone a good wife and mother someday. DEBRA BAHNEMAN Bomber's main interest lies with the music depart- ment. . .Her clarinet tooting ability and her ability to sing will always be a part of Deb GWEN BARRON Forever--on a diet.. .the big question is.. .Will Gwen EVER eat again! A sincere person. She is dedicated to whatever comes her way... College is most likely in the future for Gwen. TIMOTHY BAUERNFEIND Barney is one of those musically talented gems with a voice as low as it can go... A true activist, Barney was mostly involved in two sports—football and bas- ketball. . .He plans to attend college .to obtain a degree in law.

SOPHOMORE Is this a high school or a can of sardines? I knew it was crowded but how do we get across the hall? Everyone keep to the right.. .Senior boys (AH!)... Pluck the Cardi- nals, and Honoring the School Board at our Tea highlighted our fall.. . Our gridders got the Little Brown Jug and a 5-4 record. Haver, only a sophomore, becomes swin team captain! Girls' Ski Team and Raidaires begin-(and I bet the Raidaires are still standing in the gym waiting for their music. ) Not another paper Mr. G. ???.. . Sophomores-we showed them where our power lies... and what do they give us for our spirit?... a stick?!! BJ's gym floor almost got wiped out during the Twirp assembly... Which was more exciting, the Twirp riot or the bomb scare?.. . The hills of Scotland were beautiful as Brigadoon” unfolded. Severson, Wartman, and Ziemann got us through our first year, but wait, More?—Mank wins the Highs at state, and we all finally learned what it meant to ride around and around and around and around and AROUND. .. Boy--does the Dery Mert swing! JUNIOR We came back to chemistry-- Can I quit PLEASE, Mr. Luedtke? . .. The sophomores didn't even have to give a tea. .. For Homecoming RAID THE HERD was what we tried to do--Who could forget our first place skit?... Didn't you ever learn to ride a trike, Roxane? At Thanksgiving we bought our way out of school for 1,000 cans-- How long do we get out for a million cans, Mr. Heiting? PSAT's finally convinced us we were in high school-Will we EVER get a new school?.. . WOW, you really got a nice ring!. .. At Snowdays we showed off our big mouths again and got. . . you guessed it.. . ANOTHER STICK! and J.R. felt Koh’s wrath--witha pie! DON'T MOLEST THE WATER FOUN- TAINS!. . . Our skiers got... PIZAZZ.. . FIRST IN STATE!!! Haver, Bear, and Gibbs and Jeannie got us through out Prom-- Colour My CARNIVAL --Oh, I mean WORLD--We had the punch with PUNCH! Pre-Twirp Stud Club began and ended--They tried but they couldn't do it!... Not only did we take Conference Track, but Mank went to State and took not only the Highs but also the Lows this year! SENIOR The last rung of the ladder--it's been a long climb.. . YEAH HARRIERS—Congratula- tions on the trip to Kettle Moraine STATE MEET!... What IS Student Council? OH, TONY! Sophomore girls (Ah-h-h)... $37,500--a figure Gregg Miller, Jody Brown, or Terilee will NEVER forget. Our Senior Class Trip goes down the drain... HOMECOMING --our float, The float that ROARED but not loud enough--we took second--But our Debi took FIRST-Congratulations, QUEEN DEBIL .. Where IS the little brown jug?... Mr. G. turns into a YOGI... How do you breathe in one nostril and out the other? Art The F returns! Two in a row for the CHIEF!!.. .OPEN CAMPUS--Golly, Mr. Cassutt... Is today ODD or EVEN? --ACT--SAT--VOC-TECH--ARMED FORCES??? What happens next??? We finally learned what Senioritis is all about... Tork gets sick, Lindgren dies, Debi cries-- The Imaginary Invalid is a great success.. .EIGHTEEN!!! Not only did we gain the vote, but--BOTTOMS UP! ( HIC )... I've finally learned to COPE with this school (will the underclassmen?)... And we did it OUR WAY!!-MAY 30th-FRIENDS WE WILL REMEMBER YOU!!! 16

STEVE BECKEN Steve appeared rather quiet and reserved; but when he gets with his friends, the livelier side of her per- sonality showed itself... Steve plans to continue his education in the fall. JANET BEER Her friendliness has made her a lively addition to many activities.. .Interior decoration is a major interest of Janet's. Her future plans are aimed towards that kind of career. JEFFREY BEER Beer Here's interests have quite naturally pointed to toward the arts and crafts department.. .He enjoys metal and woodworking and plans to attend vocational school in the future. JUDITH BEER As her classes for the last three years in business have indicated, Judy's future plans include a secretarial ca- reer. . .Her ability to get along with people and her strong interest are bound to make someone a fine secretary! SUSAN BERTHIAUME She always managed to have something to say or laugh about. .. If it wasn't in Chorus, it was in a class (ille- gally, of course).. .A great person to have around... What's that they say. . .one picture is worth a thousand words!!! ALONZO BLIVEN Lonnie claims he has only one interest.. .cars. His strong interest in cars will surely lead him to a career in auto mechanics. SHERRY BENOY An active 4-H member and leader of photography and exploring... Sherry's leadership qualities made her well liked by everyone.. .After graduation Sherry hopes to become a key punch operator. ROBERT BERTELSEN Brit's shock of ultra-blonde hair stands out in a crowd .. .The familiar face seen in the Pillar to Post van. ..
