MM Mr. Heiting It is often said that where you are going is much more important than where you are or have been. Planning your high school pro- gram is important, but what you will do after graduation is much more important. Seniors have had several years of opportunities which include good teaching, educational materials, libraries, and guidance to aid them planning for their future. If each student makes use of available facilities and participates in the broad of- ferings of extra-curricular ac- tivities, he is headed in the right direction. This year we have seen leader- ship blossom in a variety of ac- tivities. The leadership has been impressive to the entire student body. Because of proper leader- ship, we have had success in academic achievement, in ath- letics, in dramatics, in forensics, in publications, and club activities. Thus the high school years are very important for every young person, for it is here that a life often takes its set, as vocations are chosen and aspirations are developed.
