Class Officers: Mary Morgan, treasurer, Mike Brintnall, pres- identg Jim Bedell, vice-president, Becky Shilts, secretary. Pradeep Kakkar, our foreign exchange student from Calcutta, India. School for me was one big adventure. Fortunately, my grades were decent enough to keep me out of trouble in that respect - so I could do a lot of other things. I played every game that we had in our school . . . and as a result, I wasn't really good in any! Still, I could dribble around with a hockey stick, kick a soccer ball, handle a cricket bat, serve on a tennis court - in short, be a pretty good jack-of-all- trades. When I was in the pre-senior - or junior - class, I was made a House Captain, i.e., one of four boys who lead the four teams into which the whole high school is divided. The four teams, or houses, have a competition throughout the school year for the Best House Trophy - and this includes every activity in school from studies and games to punc- tuality and contribution to the school newspaper, and so on. There is, too, a gold medal awarded by the Headmaster to the best of the four House Captains. Guess who got the medal for 1961-62 - yes, it was me . . . I don't know how!
