MUSIC HATI-I CHARM Mr. Leon Adams, Ir. is our Band Director. He attended Tennessee State University and University of Illinois. His hobby is basket- ball. He holds the B.S., and M.S. Degrees in Music Education. Mr. Adams says, as an instrumental music teacher, his position is that the school in the main, is responsible for the establishment of ap- preciation, understanding, knowledge, and skills that will adequately assure each student of maxi- mum adjustment in the world today and tomor- row. 'Trom the opening day of school, he stated further, uinstrumentalists are preparing to con- tinue their development through participation in the marching band, the concert band, and many ensembles.
