he Mock Trial is an important pro , 'Q' - gram which allows students the op- portunity to compete against each other using the fundementals of the law. The topic of this year's trail case was mur- derp the case was an accurate display of what goes on in an actual trial. The students involved prepared both a defense and a prosecution in order to present their views as best they could. Tim McWilliams and Chris Day served as attorneys while the rest of the starting team consisted of Lori McLaughlin, Mike Burkhardt, and Donna Maltese. Mr. Guida once again served as both supervisor and friend to the members.
