I 2 road urren fd Werifd on OM in reds! urueyd The school newspaper, Cross Currents, is in its sixth year of publication. Its five yearly issues bring to the students' attention all events, both current and impending. Also, as a student ac- tivity, the publication has merited honors for both the Press Club and school. The national and local scholastic press so- cieties, to which the school paper belongs, offer rewards to deserving reporters. One of these or- ganizations, the Quill and Scroll, sponsors the Current Events Quiz for which all high school students are eligible. In the quest for excellence, Cross Currents annually sends its staff members to attend several journalism conferences and courses, and to par- ticipate in such contests as the Temple Press Tournament. Our publication won several first place awards in national critical surveys this year and joined the local Burlington County Press Association. PAGE EDITORS DONNA Donovan, Veronica May, Joel Brink and Kathleen Curzie discuss plans for next issue of Cross Currents.
