Sewing classes teach students to select good materials, use basic patterns and bring forth finished products of superior quality. Correct modeling, posture, and accurate pattern-fitting are demonstrated on our twenty-nine inch man- nequin. In the cooking department students learn to create and present attractive and well-balanced menus. Both girls and boys take advantage of the excellent facilities provided for this course. As further training, students are instructed in home nursing, home management and social etiquette which, together, fashion the intelli- gent, well-informed homemaking student.
