CAMPUS CQNSTRUCTION SPURS STUDENT LEADERS T0 Ed Labowitz, Fall semester Student Body President, provided the spark that made IV '66 a time to remember for unparalleled en- thusiasm and spirit. 18 With the Ouad in disarray, the athletic field gone, and ,bulldozers charging through old landmarks, one might have expected school Spirit to Sag. But the dynamic leadership of Ed Labowitz, Student Body President for W '66, and John Ritter, President for S '66, carried us, instead, to new highs of enthusiasm and accomplishment.
