Doctor William H. Snyder, who has been at the helm of Hollywood High School for many years, has always been successful. The head of a school must have, in addition to the qualities inherent in an educator, initiative, that the school may not fall into a rutg forcefulness, that his orders may be carried outg and unusual common sense and poise, that the entire school program may be stabilized.
