Hrlene Troxel, Sidney Schroeder, Helen Barnette, Ianet Dahlgren, and Zelia Peck lead the yells dur- ing a pep rally. The horseshoe made by the Twisters proved to be good luck for the football boys. This year, the Twisters sponsored all the mixers. They also passed out programs at the games, and had concessions at the Curtis game. The highlight of the Twisters' year was the Athletic Banquet, given by the pep club for all the athletes of the high school. At that time, the coaches presented awards to the lettermen. Those girls Who had earned the most merits through the Twisters' merit sys- tem received awards for outstanding work done. In the first week ot May, the new officers of the club were installed. The sponsor of the Twisters was Miss Tonjes.
