In the fall of 1953, 61 students began their last year oi high school knowing they were completing a job well done. Helen Barnette and Myrl Ostgren were chosen as student band directors. The Club had several senior boys in its membership, all oi whom helped compose the championship football team. Helen Barnette and Ianet Dahlgren were the senior cheerleaders. County Government, Flthletic Banquet, and Iunior-Senior Banquet and Prom using the theme Coronation were the main events oi the junior year. Several im- portant things happened during the senior year to make it remembered. Hmong these were the Hthletic Banquet, Iunior-Senior Banquet and Prom, and last by not least, Commence- ment.
