PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION 0 In addition to calling Iunior to breakfast, laying out his sweaters and socks, Cnot to mention darning the holesl, Mother is playing a tre- mendously important role by assisting Hirsch to prove its real Service to the Home and the Community in Wartime. The Service Men's Center at Grand Crossing Park owes its exist- ence and its success in great part to our P.T.A. This service is some- thing brand new, besides the promotion ot the sale of War Bonds. College Day was an event at Hirsch. Representatives from key colleges, at the invitation of the P.T.A. gave us a birds-eye view of college life and a tantalizing opportunity to see how it ticks.
