Ylagoing, athletic, friendly, shy, quiet, successful, and striving for the best in life, were the words Kelly Bean used to describe herself Kelly was ranked sbtth with a grade point average of 3.761 She was involved in volleyball, basketball, tennis, and golf She also particnuuted in Student Council as the Senior Class treasurer and the vice president of National Honor Society. Kelly is in Ski Club and FBLA. Grades came easy with a little effort to Kelly. Along with het Iaqe amount ofparticqaation in school activities, Kelly also had a job at King Soopers. She admits that she has leamed to budget her time. Her good grades heh: improve her self-image, and she added that she has always pushed herself towards the best in everything she did Gretchen Augsburger was ranked seventh with a grade point avenge of 5. 761 She described herself as ougoing. 'T tty to be lriends with everyone. Gretchen was involved in National Honor Society, French Club, and FBLA. Along with her job at Gart Brothers, Gretchen finds it hard to budget her time, but obviously, she has managed to keep grades as a priority. As for future plans, Gretchen wants to attend the University of Texas, or CU at Boulder majoring tn Business Administration. She is also interested in medical research. Shy, quiet, but tnendly, were the words Kristine Lilley used to describe herself Kristine was ranked eghth with a grade point average of 3.699 She was involved in FHA, National Honor Society, a manager for Girls Track, and FootbalL and she was also a student ttarnen Kristine planned to go to the University of Northern Colorado to become a medical technician, or a teacher for handicapped children. Although she has always made good grades, Kristine admits that she has had to work to keep her grades up. She said that she was able to keep these grades and participate in so many activities because she put her priorities in order: School comes first, she added. Futhermore, concemrng her grades, Kristine feels it is important, because it makes her feel good about herself Kathryn Schlicht was ranked ninth in her class with a grade point average of 3.609 She described herself as being quiet, shy, and a pertectionist. She was involved in drama club, and National Honor Society. Kathryn also held a job at So-Fro Fabrics. She adds that she has always made good grades with an excessive amount of work, and was able to stzll hold the job and rank by budgeting her time. When asked why it was important for her to get good grades, Kathryn said that it makes her feel good about herself Kathryn would like to go on to major in elementary education and theatre. Lindsie Garcia was ranked tenth with a grade pornt average of 3.601 He described himself as dependable, easy to get along with, hehuful, creative, and an outdoors-type ofperson, He was involved in intramural sports and National Honor Society. Lindsie admits that his high grades just took course during hgh school. He holds a summer job, and since his activities are during lunch, they don 't interfere with his school work. Lindsies future goals are to go to college and major in biology. He then plans to become a wrldlik managen or a wildlife taxidermist.
