Sophomore ' s Seek Champmnship! This year's Sophomore-Freshman base- ball team won their division this season. Under the Coaching of Tony Giardina the team ended their season with a 10-2 win- lose record. The toughest game for the team this year was its game against Douglas County. They beat them 5-4, Mike Nem- ger, one ofthe pitchers, was cited the teams most valuable player. He had an outstand- ing batting average of .600. Dave Parker was cited as the team's most improved play- er. This years Sohpomore baseball team should be very proud ot' its fine season.
