Student Association President Kenneth Wong steered through the course successfully, ably abetted by Vice President Heeny Yuen, Se- cretary Toshiko Ushijima, and Treasurer Eliza- beth Fujioka. Mrs. Shizue Yoshina, Mr. Ah Kong Chun, and M1's. Sarah W. Putnam were on hand to guide them through. The Representative Assembly fulfilled the de- mand for a larger paper and annual, set up a Christmas Postal System in December, placed a contest on the Constitution, and sponsored a dance in Ap1'il. The Assembly approved purchas- ing' a se1'vice flag, investing any available money olf the reserve fund in war bonds and creating a committee to acknowledge regret to families of the graduates killed in service.
