Every year two members from Interact go with Mr. Solak once a week downtown to a Rotary meet- ing. This year they were invited to a luncheon where they were introduced to suc- cessful businessmen in the community. They learned about their successes and how they achieved them. Besides projects for the school, Interact also did a pro- ject for the community in the month of October. They held a haunted house which every- one thought was very suc- cessful. The proceeds were given to the Muscular Dystro- phy Association. Interact: Bottom row I to r: H. Detwiler, J. Barron, M. Vega, J. Teston, J. Walker, S. Hutchinson. Top row: Mr. Durate CSponsorJ, T. With the help of their sponsor Mrs. Haines, they were able to put smiles on the faces of the children at the Faith's ChiIdren's Home by holding a Christmas party. To help raise money for the club, Anchors held many suc- cessful carwashes which turned out to be a lot of fun and not a lot of work.
