Mrs. Robinson gives service ideas. Soroptomiss, better known as S Club, was supportive and helpful to the school and com- munity in many ways. Mrs. Robinson was apprehensive as to whether she could lead the club through a successful yearg but she later found out that there was nothing to worry about. Mrs. Robinson had a group of hardworking and dedicated girls. The club got off to a great start this year selling Terrier key-chains as its money mak- ing project. They used some of their funds to buy refresh- ments for the energetic mem- bers who participated in the U.S.F. 12 Hour Disco Rollers- kating Contest for the blind. S Club also visited a nursing home for the elderly at Christ- mas. Mrs. Robinson was thrilled with the club's suc- cess. M. lrvin is anticipating hard work. S CLUB ' 23

Z CLUB - STILL Another year and Zonta Club was still on the move. Zonta for Z Club as it was usul ally knownj provided numer- ous services for our school as well as for the community. Mrs. Santos, who has been the sponsor for the past 2 years, said that the most rewarding service the club performed was going to an orphanage at Christmas time. The girls felt the most enjoya- ble service they performed for the school was sponsoring the Sadie Hawkins Dance. They also planned a special Christmas for a very special family. They provided them with a Christmas dinner, and presents for the children. This was the most touching of their various services. ANCHORS SAIL ON . . . This year Anchors sailed on to new horizons. With the help of their sponsor Mrs. Haines, they were able to put smiles on the faces of the children at the Faith's ChiIdren's Home by holding a Christmas party. To help raise money for the club, Anchors held many suc- cessful carwashes which turned out to be a lot of fun and not a lot of work. Every- one agreed that this year brought many smiles and was one to be remembered.
