MR. VIVIAN GAITH ER Principal For over twenty years, every student that has graduated from Hillsborough High School has felt the influence of Mr. Gaither. Af- ter receiving his early education in Tallassee, Alabama, he earned his BS. at Peabody College in Nashville, Tennessee, and later, his MA. at Columbia University in New York City. Before com- ing to Hillsborough Mr. Gaither, after some years of teaching in Alabama and Georgia, held the position of principal at Woodrow Wilson Junior High School, Franklin Junior High School, and Plant Senior High School. Mod- est and unassuming, yet poised and efficient, Mr. Gaither is highly respected by faculty and students alike. He is a man of integrity, is honest, God-fearing, and just.
