I l 1 '83 model runs clean Improvements meant a time of reconstruction for students and faculty members. New policies were introduced to help clean up. Operation Upgrade , which was designed by members of the student congress, was held oh December 11. A policy was also instituted in qrder to cut down on crime. It re- quired all students to leave the building by 4:30, unless they were under the supervision of a teacher.
