Miss Rottier A dedicated teacher - Often-times Miss Rottier was in her room when whe would have been better off in bed. The Teaching profession was her life; she lived it, not only from 8 till 4, but from the rising of the sun until its final setting for her October 23, 1961 and with her passin g left a void in the hearts of all that is yet to be filled. She labored long and hard for perfection in her students; life in her newspaper and from it derived little of this world ' s goods but riches beyond count in satisfaction in a job well done. In her memory we dedicate our yearbook. ' ' n Memory Oj ' ' Miss Sullivan Miss Sullivan was young in years and in the service of this community but she is old in the many memories we have stored of associations with her in class and extra- curricular activities. After a lingering illness of several weeks duration she died December 16, 1961 of this school year. Each and everyone associated with her was touched at her passing and saddened at the thoughts of a promising career cut short of fulfillment. Gone are the lively dis- cussions after the day ' s work with the staff members, and vanished is a good teacher, an active, humorous mind and a great zest for life in all its phases. We dedicate this effort of our hands and minds to her memory. 2
