 as £££ Oahe Conference Champions a The Highmore girls roared through all opposition and won fifteen straight games for an undefeated season. Twelve of the games were con- ference victories, giving Highmore the Oahe Conference championship. The girls had little trouble with any of their opponents, except in the game at ReeHeights where they squeezed by with acne-point victory Highmore's average score was 48.3 to the opponents' 28 3. All seven regulars are seniors, and their loss will be seriously felt this next year. However, the six freshman and sophomore reserves will form a nucleus for another good team in the future. Total Individual scoring records were as follows: Karen Swanson 244 or 16.4 per game Geraldine Palon 236 or 15.4 per game Florence Bezner 183 or 12.3 per game Stellar work on the part of the guards held opponents forwards to 9 points per game each Standing-Delores Townsend, Orva Sanderson, Verna Grable, Norma Goeken, Helen Sporrer, Evelyn Mason, Vera Nickelson, Kathryn Goldsberry.
