Sponsoring five class picnics and the dance given in honor of the graduating seniors were a few of the P.T.A.'s em- barkations. Throughout the semesters, this P.T.A. was ably represented at the San Antonio City Coun- cil of P.T.A.'s and carried away the attendance award for high schools, thus establishing a not- able reputation for the new Highlands High P.T.A. Without food where would the students of High- lands be? The cafeteria managers recognize this fact, therefore the cafeteria is always supplied with an array of appetizing food. This food is not only tasty but also nutritious. Throughout each school day the able personnel of the cafe- teria are kept quite busy preparing the delicious meals and all students ioin in saying, Good! Pearl Fisher, cafeteria manager, counts the money after lunch.
