Principal Zack feels that this age group is very active and most energetic and needs new opportunities for learn- ing and expression. With grades five through eight being on one campus, the facilities provide more time and better organization for special classes such as music and art. In these classes the teachers are not being transferred to the various schools when pre- paring the fifth and sixth graders for the group formerly called junior high. h A new facility has been added which as the art department in the east section, the music department in the middle, and the multi-purpose room at the west end.
