IVinliHIciiir iUnuu il One of ill ' - main purposes of High Point College ' s Panhellenic Council is i promote co-operation and harmonious relationships among our four sororities and facult) and lu make college life as congenial a- possible. This year marks the first in which the council has lii-cn established. Il has resulted in rinsing an gaps of hostilit) which might have existed before and has served its purpose in instilling into the hearts nl ever) sororit) member the true spirit of sisterhood. Being the first, these council members recognized the importance of a linn foundation — one which will not totter as future councils build upon its precedents. A successful rush season opened with a tea and open house, continuing in a round of activities which culminated with the pledging of fift -three girls to the various sororities. Toli Harrier.
