PIGSKIN PARADE .Xhout thirty prospective .Xces reported for gridiron duty that first day of practice last fall. ,Xfter a lazy sunnner. the hoys were pretty well out of shape and those daily exercises were quite a grind-hut they soon got into the swing of things. Our line and hackfield were unusually light and we had In make up for this hy out-maneuvering the opponent through each game. .'Xlthough. we had no real speeddemon. we did have soine hard runners and tough tacklers who did a swell joh of opening up the line for the hackfield. The whole team gave their all and as a result tied for the League Championship along with Payne and Paulding. The .Xces ended a wonderful season with three wins and five losses. ,za xii .. Coaches Two wonderful guys - our football coaches-John Kaduk and Bob Rex. Mr. Kaduk coached the line while Mr. Rex worked mostly with the backfield. They both have the kind of personality that makes them well-liked whether on or off the field, and you'll have to admit they really know their football.
