Chorus - - Life is a Song Under the direction of Mr. Donald Agne, the chorus, with sixty-two voices, has made great strides toward music in its finest sense. With determination and practice, they have developed co- operativeness and a feeling of achievement. The chorus had very little time to rehearse during the fall because of marching band, but were diligently at work as soon as possible. A selection of sacred music was presented at the Commun- ity Christmas Program and for the student body. Since the chorus did not participate in the vocal contests at Bryan this spring, Mr. Agne placed full emphasis on music for the Defiance County Music Festival and later, a spring concert. Both were rewarding events. Their final appearance was the honor of singing for the Baccalaureate services in May. Unlike other years, fortunately, the chorus will be minus only a few voices as a result of the graduating of seniors and many underclassmen are eager to step into their shoes. We are confident that we shall be seeing and hearing great things from the chorus in the future. ROW ONE: Florence Sisco, Yvonne Headley, Janice Boqer. Pat Drirer. Victor Adams.
