Rader, Dr. Raymond Hofmeister—President, Dr. George Hanna. To the members of the Board of Education go our gratitude for making Hicksville High School a successful organization of which we are proud to be a part. Mrs. Carole McDonald, a former graduate of Hicksville High School, worked in the school of¬ fice for two years. She always greeted everyone with a smile and has been a friend to everyone. Mrs. Thiel who replaced Carole at the end of the first semester is very capably carrying out the office duties. Our superintendent Mr. Rader received his A. B. degree at Ashland College and his M. Ed at Duke Uni¬ versity. Mr. Rader who capably handles many various duties has found a place in our hearts for his kind co¬ operation and advice he has given to many. Mr. Ringer, who for the past five years has been principal of our high school, received his B. S. degree from Bowling Green and his M. A. degree from Ohio State University. Besides his official duties he also finds time to teach Civics, where through Mr. Ringer ' s un¬ tiring efforts and patience, we are taught to think for ourselves and are prepared to take our places as the citizens of tomorrow. 6
