by Scott Taylor The name of the sport is track. It is being able to push yourself beyond the limits of physical en- durance. It is the agony of running until you feel you can run no more. The pain of it all day after day makes you wonder if it's worth it. But when a goal is accomplished either running a faster time or bringing home trophies and ribbons, you realize that it is. You start to believe in yourself. You develop pride for your sport. You become a self-motivated person because you compete with yourself to break your own records. It takes a very special type of dedication to endure. To all of these very special people who run track, your school salutes you for giving your all and for a job well done.
