Junior civitan sponsor, ms. mcclure The Jr. Civitan club officers are: President -- Marsha Teter, Vice President - Margaret Boggs, Sec.- Treasurer - Tammy White, Sergeant of Arms - Robin Vance, Chaplain - Tonya Cowley. The sponsor is Mrs. McClure. At the first of the year the club held the West Virginia breakfast and lunch Council Meeting here at Her- bert Hoover. All clubs in West Virginia attended. In February, they made, sold, and delivered valentines for anyone who wanted to send their sweetheart a valentine. The club also went to General Hospital at Christmas time to give the children in the dressed up as clowns, little boys and girls, some animals and some as different charac- ters. The club helped with the Special Olympics. F.B.L.A. club so that Penny Smith could go to New Orleans. Also the club donated 350.00 to Mr. Miller for a trophy case.
