The Council also helped and Junior classes in projects. flowers, a Marine sword salute, the Huskie mascot kevrv through the Student as a new fund-raising The Herbert Hoover Student Coun- cil began its 1978-1979 year with the annual Homecoming October 13th. The Council 46-members strong, voted in new, fresh activity ideas for the student body. All festivities led up to the big night - decorations, contests, the pep assembly, balloons, crowning of the new queen, and the football game.
