He was born in Mission Valley, graduated from San Diego High, and obtained his A.B. from San Diego State College in Biological Sciences. He later received his Master's degree in Educational Administration at the University of Southern California. He now resides in La Jolla Qnear the ocean, but he's not a surferj with his wife and his pride and joy, his son Bobby. Fishing and spectator sports are Mr. Allen's hobbies in his spare time and he was seen at almost every football game of Hoover's big season in '63.
